Being Ingenious Media Private Limited provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, website development, branding, and online reputation management. The scope of services will be defined in a written proposal, agreement, or email confirmation.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to accounts, and necessary materials required for service execution. Any delay caused due to lack of information or approvals may affect timelines and results.
All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment terms mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All content, designs, strategies, creatives, and materials developed by Being Ingenious Media Private Limited remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Being Ingenious Media Private Limited does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, or other advertising and social media networks.
Being Ingenious Media Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per agreed terms. Any outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
